Keller Williams Staten Island is seeking a Director of Agent Services to join our team! We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy, and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, be detail-oriented, and excel in providing exceptional service to our agents and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the agent onboarding process, including orientations and one-on-one meetings with experienced agents.
• Serve as the go-to resource for agents, assisting with their technology needs and providing guidance on the Keller Williams Command platform.
• Create and manage the Market Center calendar, including training events, workshops, and team meetings.
• Handle the Market Center’s social media accounts, promoting events, agent achievements, and office updates.
• Design weekly team meetings using Google Slides, incorporating key updates and announcements.
• Provide administrative support to leadership, including sending Market Center-wide communications.
• Coordinate and assist with Market Center events, including RED Day, training sessions, and community outreach. 

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Slides) and Canva.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new platforms (familiarity with real estate Multiple Listing Service - MLS- is a plus).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and event coordination.
• Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
• Leadership, teaching, and team-building skills are a plus.
